Supportive Services

Capacity Building & Partnerships
We assist organizations in developing capacity-building programs to support the transition from interim to permanent housing, offering technical assistance and advocating for policies that promote affordable housing. GemWorks facilitates partnerships between local organizations, expanding affordable and supportive housing options. By fostering collaboration, we create a stronger, more effective network of support.
Transition Navigation Services
We provide educational consulting to help individuals navigate the process of transitioning from interim housing to permanent affordable housing. This includes assistance with deposits, tenancy, and sustaining services, ensuring a smooth and supported transition.
